Ahhhhh......

It started out a place to put pictures of our "neice". She's seven now, so you can imagine how overgrown with Abs it had become. But then it spilled over to pictures of other people we love, funny cards Carla sent, and other things that we enjoyed or that made us smile.

...But then...it became a source of frustration: open cards swinging, overloaded magnets sagging, pictures falling.  As much as I love each picture, card, and thought that was hanging there, the madness was overwhelming!

So, down it all came. With the exception of a few magnets on the viewable sides, we have a naked refrigerator...and I LOVE IT!!!!!  It's so peaceful and the room is brighter and you don't have to worry about something sliding or falling!  Things like this make my minimalistic mind happy! Hooray for sleek and clean looks, but don't worry Abs: you're still number one when it comes to pictures in our house!
